• Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new agency partners
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential agencies aligned with business goals
• Manage acquisition pipeline and ensure targets are achieved within the defined timeframe
• Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for newly acquired agencies
  Develop onboarding materials and programs to ensure smooth integration
  Ensure agencies are well-equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and support
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve agency performance, efficiency, and growthDefine project scope, timeline, resources, and budgetEnsure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Track and analyze the performance of newly acquired agenciesIdentify improvement areas and recommend actionable strategiesImplement feedback mechanisms to continuously enhance acquisition and onboarding processes

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business/Management preferred)
• 4-6 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership, or Project Management
• Experience handling agencies, vendors, or third-party partners is a plus
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
